Customer Assessment |
Assess customer-wise product
quantity demand from historical record in SDMS system and arrange to deliver
greater volume of products to these customers from Depot/Factory. Example: Mymensingh Depot identified
M/S Joyloknath at Boxigonj and arranged to deliver 5 MT products at a time
instead of delivering 2-3 MT products through COD invoice. |

Support |
In Case of Fertilizer Retailer
Support deliveries, arrange to deliver Fertilizer products to approved
retailers points through Animal Health schedule vehicles to minimize
transportation cost as much as possible in coordination with concerned FFs. Example: Ctg Depot arranged to
deliver 5 MT products of Elahi Enterprise to 5 retailers’ points through
Animal Health schedule vehicles in 3 days time. |
