Reviewing of Previous Month’s Performance, Setting Targets and Action Plan for Current Month.

1.      Star Performer

·         Star Performer Awards have been given to the top achievers from both Agri Depots and Premio Plastic Depots.

·         Managers and team leaders are encouraged to nominate   individuals who consistently exceed expectations.

2.      Distribution Efficiency

·         All Premio Plastics depots will put maximum effort to arrange open trucks for delivery as much as possible during winter season to minimize delivery cost.

·         Distribution will continue to keep Premio Plastics distribution cost within 4%.

·         Develop a structured roster plan for efficient depot operations.

·         Ensure balanced staff allocation across all depots.

·         Maintain all depot warehouses in tip top and well-organized condition.

·         Head office employees to finalize the tour matrix for the following month.

·         Getting approval for depot signboard design within this month.

·         Form research committees with depot heads:

     A. Cost Reduction Committee

     B. Audit Team

     C. Team for Work Ethics, Communication, and Depot Enhancement

·         Depot heads and cash officers to monitor COD dues collection.

·         Prioritize express delivery for urgent customer orders, aiming for 50Mn deliveries via express service.

·         Out of 38 delivery vans 30 delivery vans need to be restored in tip top condition through dent paint.

·         Ensure Depot Heads accurately record delivery lead times for invoices in the SDMS system.

·         Ensure proper breakage control for Premio Plastics products during product handling to minimize any unnecessary costs or losses.

·         As per Animal Health business confirmation no COD dues, invoiced up to Tk.5,000.

4.      Training Initiatives

·         Depot Heads will provide training to DFCs who missed Module 1 and share the attendance record with the training department.
