II. Implied Condition
When the conditions has not be
expressed by the contractive parties but in order to regulate a particular
situation the condition either established by the govt. law or by the custom of
the situation.
Example: If 2 person are a contract of buying and selling of illegal
drugs then it will be prohibited by the law of the country.
