Accident Prevention Mechanisms:

Education: Create safety awareness by posting highly visible signs that proclaim safety slogans, placing accident prevention articles in organization news letter. Arranging seminar on safety.

Skill Training: Arranging safety training for all employee of the organization. In training it has to be demonstrated the level of safety performance behavior. So that after getting training employee can be more vigilant during work time. They can select one employee for training and after the training  he can be made as performance base line. 

Engineering: The work structure has to be set in a way so that no accident can take place. Harmful elements should be avoided while designing structure of the building. There should be sufficient room for movement in every room. It has to be ensured that employee get fresh air. There should be a separate room for smoking.

Protection: Provide protective equipment where necessary. It may include safety gloves, shoes, glass, hard hats.

Motivational program: Top management may introduce some motivational program among the employees to maintain safety performance behavior. Management can announce one employee as “Safe Employee” of the month and give some sort of incentive to motivate other.  

Monitoring & Regulation: Top management can form one safety team whose task will be monitor the every individual area of the organization to prevent accident. There should be safety audit every after 15 days. The awareness has to be built among the employee to comply with safety regulation.
