Reviewing of Previous Month’s Performance, Setting Targets and Action Plan for Current Month.

2.     Vehicle Efficiency	·    Arrange double trips of own & Hired vehicles as much as possible. ·    Use Portable VTS trackers for all hired vans. ·    Monitoring fuel efficiency to increase mileage ·    Continue capturing fuel pump meter reading for fuel purchase.	All Depot Heads
3.     Special Instruction	·       Comilla depot head to go for a visit to Mymensingh depot by this month to observe operations practically for better efficiency. ·       Depots to make deliveries up to 300 Kgs through CNG or Battery Driven Auto.	All Depot Heads
