Reviewing of Previous Month’s Performance, Setting Targets and Action Plan for Current Month.

1.      Star Performer	·         Star Performer Awards have been given to the top achievers from both Agri Depots and Premio Plastic Depots. ·         Two Agri depot managers were recognized for their outstanding potato delivery support during the potato seed season in October-November 2024. 2.      Distribution Efficiency	·         All Premio Plastics depots will put maximum effort to arrange open trucks for delivery as much as possible during winter season to minimize delivery cost. ·         Distribution will continue to keep Premio Plastics distribution cost within 4%. 3.      Special Instruction	·         Out of 38 delivery vans 15 delivery vans need to be restored in tip top condition through dent paint by 15th January 2025. ·         All depots to maximize express delivery as much as possible only for out of schedule smaller customer orders. Currently express delivery cost is 1.85% of sales. ·         Ensure Depot Heads accurately record delivery lead times for invoices in the SDMS system. ·         Ensure proper breakage control for Premio Plastics products during product handling to minimize any unnecessary costs or losses. ·         Arrange stacking based on carton height and weight. ·         Load seed items in the middle of the vehicle during delivery to protect them from sunlight. ·         As per Animal Health business confirmation no COD dues, invoiced up to Tk.5,000. 4.      Training Initiatives	·         Training to be arranged by training department for Premio Plastics store helpers and officers to handle products with care. ·         All Depot Heads to ensure participation of nominated DFCs in Training for DFCs (module 1) to be arranged by the Training Department on 15th December 2024.
