Second Implied warranty
At the time of selling the moveable
good the seller is giving the implied warranty that after buying the product
nobody will disturb the buyer regarding the ownership of the product.
Example: After buying a mobile phone from ABC shop nobody can say
that it is his/her phone. As I buy it from ABC shop so I am the only owner of
this mobile phone.
