Chapter 3: Product
Levels and Type:
Actual product
represents the way (using design, features brand name, and packaging) that
delivers the core benefit to the customer. Essential/mandatory parts of a
product that ensure benefits. From this definition we can understand that our
one is actual.
We have food
items, we have many facilities for different class of people. Such as economic,
business and private section floor.
In the private
floor we have many unique services. Such as customers can decorate according to
their own choice for their programs. Also have buffet facility. Business people
can have their meetings here.
Though the shape
of our restaurant is different we will serve different types of food. But the
price would be reasonable. So that customer can compare our one to other
restaurants.
Because our
facilities are large in number but price is reasonable. And also many other
facilities so customer will not feel bored.
We also know
that shopping products are
consumer goods and services that the customer compares carefully on
suitability, quality, price, and style in the process of selection and
purchase.
So that
considering product type our restaurant will fall under shopping product.
